Da Wei graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science & Management. He is a passionate and committed educator who spent the early part of his career working with children aged 4 to 6 years old to help develop a strong foundation of fundamental movement skills through a multi-sport approach.

Da Wei strives to inspire children towards leading a healthy lifestyle and understands that this starts from early childhood. To achieve this, he provides a safe learning environment to encourage children to explore and enhance their interest in different types of sports. He also believes in the potential of every child and through differentiated learning approaches, he seeks to scaffold the learning process of children of all ability levels in order to maximise their potential.
