Natthya Shaastra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Monash University, Australia, with a specialisation in early intervention Diploma certificate. With five years of experience in the early childhood sector, she has worked in preschools across Taiwan and Hong Kong, gaining valuable insights into diverse learning environments.
Passionate about creating inclusive and nurturing spaces, Natthya is dedicated to fostering children’s holistic development through play-based and inquiry-driven learning. She believes in building strong partnerships with families and working collaboratively with parents to provide the best support for each child’s growth. At Middleton, Natthya looks forward to engaging young learners in meaningful experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
