Siying is a passionate Early Childhood educator who advocates for a whole-child approach and values each child as a unique individual and their innate potential. With a background in design, she believes in crafting purposeful environments that foster engagement, curiosity, and playfulness, allowing children to thrive through child-led learning.

Growing up in Malaysia, China, and Australia, Siying has a deep appreciation for different cultures and strives to learn and incorporate cultural diversity into her teaching. Siying has a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture however, after discovering her love for working with children, she pursued her teaching qualification from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia and is well-versed in the early years curriculum standards of Australia and Singapore. She has been living and teaching in Singapore since 2018.

Outside of work, Siying enjoys reading, staying active (through spinning and HIIT workouts), and getting crafty in her spare time.
